In this concert, the choirs of Blackheath Centre for Singing will perform works by composers that have a connection to the locality of Blackheath and Greenwich.

Featured composers include Byrd, Handel, Ignatius Sancho, Gounod and King Henry VIII.

In addition, Greenwich based saxophonist and composer, Mark Lockheart will perform music from his CD, ‘Salvator Mundi’ during this concert.

Mark has collaborated with a wide range of musicians including Radiohead, the Orlando Consort, and Mark-Anthony Turnage.
